Modus Operandi
THE PUBLIC:
Much the same way casinos require attendees to purchase chips in order to make bets, so too must stokens be purchased - via the various SOE Affiliated Company (SAC) websites - in order to utilize products, and/or services offered within the SOE Global Network. The stoken ($t.) does not adhere to fiat exchange rates, as stokens are purchased on a one to one (1:1) ratio, regardless of the fiat currency, and on a point zero one to one (0.01:1) ratio, regardless of the digital (a.k.a. crypto) currency. Once purchased, stokens cannot be refunded, or exchanged, for fiat, or digital, currency.
Stokens ($t.) will be acquired by different means in the case of Fiat/Banking Collapse
THE SOE NETWORK:
Upon joining the SOE Global Network, all, along with their children, and/or grand-children, who are eighteen (18) years of age, or older, begin receiving Basic Living Currency (B.L.C.), which is a standard amount – differing according to country, and cost of living - determined annually, and adjusted intermittently, for things like wars, and health pandemics, if need be. And there are, obviously, no tax deductions on stokens.
The current, algorithm-determined, SOE Global Network B.L.C. minimum is one thousand stokens (1,000$t.) per week. However, each country's minimum is re-assessed, and re-determined, annually, via an algorithm.
For example, in 2021:
-
Liechtenstein's B.L.C. = nineteen hundred stokens (1,900$t.) per week
-
Luxembourg's B.L.C. = nineteen hundred stokens (1,900$t.) per week

Although all persons in the SOE Global Network can acquire Citizenship in up to four (4) countries, it is important to remember that citizens, are residents of a country. That means they spend the majority of their time in said country. Therefore, the more Citizenships a person has, assuming citizenship applications are approved, the less time they will have, each year, for travel to new destinations – as they must plan all trips around, and according to, the minimum, and maximum, time allowed inside, and outside, of each country of Citizenship.
Persons with more than one (1) Citizenship Smart-Contract, receive B.L.C. payments annually from all their countries of Citizenship, and are included in each country’s B.L.C. Algorithm, for one half (1/2), one third (1/3), or one quarter (1/4), of each year - every year, according to the following:
-
2 Countries = 5.5 consecutive months minimum spent within each country (not to exceed 6 months within each country)
-
3 Countries = 3.5 consecutive months minimum spent within each country (not to exceed 4 months within each country)
-
4 Countries = 3 consecutive months *maximum* in two (2) countries; 2.5 consecutive months *minimum* in remaining two (2) countries (not to exceed 3 months within each country)
NOTE: SOE Diplomats are awarded (Citizen Of the World) C.O.W. Smart-Contracts, which waives the allowance time allowed inside, and outside, of their countries of citizenship, due to their world-travel schedules.
Upon commencement of High-School, teens receiving an SOE Education begin earning a minimum daily rate - determined annually, via an algorithm - for each full-day, all-classes, school attendance, which is then calculated and paid weekly in stokens, called Basic Student Currency (B.S.C.).
Everyone in the network's B.L.C. weekly payment day, unlike B.S.C. payments - which is every Friday at the end of the school day - is different, as it is the day of the week the individual either: joined the SOE Global Network; turned eighteen (18) years of age; or the day of the week the individual became an official citizen of the country paying their B.L.C.
With weekly income in the form of B.L.C., in addition to: SOE Housing options; free Education & Health/Dental/Mental-Care; network-wide, locally-organized, Community Farms, and Community Gardens, supplying fresh, grown-on-site, Food for the entire local Community; plus SOE Sports, Entertainment & Recreation - to stave off boredom, no one in the SOE Global Network is financially forced to work in order to survive. Though, one may feel Societal, Cultural, and/or Religious, Pressure to do something with their time.
[In the past, when societies' main mode of transportation was horse-and-buggy, the roads were made of stone – often cobblestone. Later, when the mode of transportation became the automobile, new, paved, roads were built. With that in mind, SOE Land Transportation, as it requires new infrastructure, is an ongoing - planned-for-future-launch - project. SOE Commercial Aerial Transportation, and SOE Commercial Water Vessels - which are all sustainable-energy-operated vehicles - have a much earlier planned launch.]
SOE's belief in, and practice of, financial stability for all, allows those in the SOE Global Network the freedom to pursue their true passion(s), thus leading to their chosen life's work. And, if everyone in the world were free to do what they loved, work would be "work" in title only.
Besides collecting a weekly B.L.C., becoming an SOE Affiliated Company (SAC) Independent Vendor, registering and starting an Independently-owned SAC, and/or working for an SOE-owned, or Independently-owned, SAC, a secondary method of acquiring stokens is via a “Stoked-Stash Draw”. Anyone in the SOE Global Network can participate in stoken draws, as the only rules are:
1. All Participants, none of whom can be incarcerated, must be at least eighteen (18) years old
2. All Participants, none of whom can be incarcerated, may only be enrolled in one (1) stoken draw at a time
Stoked-Stash Draw Breakdown:
Taken from an African money-saving practice, most commonly referred to as "Su-Su", a pooled “stash” of stokens is created when everyone deposits five stokens (5$t.) everyday. As of 2021, at the end of each week, the total amount in the draw gets multiplied by twenty (x 20), someone wins the “stash”, and it goes on this way until every person wins once every quarter (every 3 months). Five stokens (5$t.) per day, is thirty-five stokens (35$t.) per week; one hundred and forty stokens (140$t.) per month, for three (3) months at a time; this means the total spent each quarter is four hundred and twenty stokens (420$t.). As there are twelve (12) weeks in a quarter, there is a maximum of twelve (12) people per draw.
At the end of each week, when the total sum invested in the draw is four hundred and twenty stokens (420$t.) – which comes from each of the twelve (12) participants making their five stokens (5$t.) per day deposits for the week - the draw automatically multiplies that amount by twenty (x 20), creating a total sum of eight thousand, four hundred stokens (8,400$t.), which will be paid to the corresponding weekly winner.
Assuming an individual is enrolled in the draw on a yearly basis, this means they will receive payment in the aforementioned amount four (x 4) times each year, for a total of thirty-three thousand, six hundred stokens (33,600$t.) earned annually, in addition to their B.L.C. payments.
[In 2021: If used/calculated incrementally, quarterly 'stash' pay-outs break down to an extra seven hundred stokens (700$t.) per week, added onto the weekly B.L.C. payment total.]
The draw is a per quarter (3-month) Smart-Contract commitment, and is organized by interested individuals who sign-up with others of their choosing, via online registration. There is a “Special Circumstance” Clause in the Smart-Contracts in the draw, which allows for one or more participants, who have not yet received their “stash”-payout, to drop out of the draw before the 3-month cycle, so long as one or more other participants agree to take over the departing individual’s weekly payments, in exchange for receiving the departing individual’s stash payout – thus allowing for one, or more, individual(s) to receive two payouts from one draw. Once an individual has received their “stash” however, even if they wish to depart, they are locked into the draw until its 3-month completion. An individual who leaves draws via “Special Circumstance” Clause three (3) consecutive times will be banned from entering draws for six (6) months, or two (2) quarters.
The amount by which Stoken Draws are multiplied increases by five (5) quinquennially - every five (5) years.

GENERAL-Stoken Boost:
Stoken Boosts for general purposes, like Housing Purchases, and wedding-expenses, are a Fixed-Capital Smart-Contract Agreement, which is, as of 2021, based on a one to ten (1:10), or a one to fifteen (1:15), Stoken Savings ratio. Every stoken saved by the Applicant - who must be eighteen (18) years of age, or older - which will be presented as Fixed-Capital, will have the Fixed-Capital boosted tenfold (multiplied by 10) in stokens ($t.), if the Applicant is currently enrolled in a Stoked-Stash Draw. If the Applicant is not currently enrolled in a “Draw”, then the Fixed-Capital will be boosted by fifteen (multiplied by 15) in stokens ($t.), and the recipient will be prohibited from entering any Stoked-Stash Draws for three (3) months after receiving payment. All individuals may only receive one (1) Stoken Boost every eighteen (18) months.
The amount by which Fixed-Capitals are boosted (multiplied) increases by five (5) every decade - every ten (10) years.

BUSINESS-Stoken Boost:
Business-Stoken Boosts are divided into two (2) categories: Launch-Business Stoken Boosts; Grow-Business Stoken Boosts.
Launch-Business Stoken Boosts are available through the SOE Think Tank Program, which is a six (6) month-long Vetting Process. After the vetting process has been completed, the entrepreneur(s) will receive the funds required to launch their new SOE-Affiliated Company (SAC). Each SAC launched in the SOE Global Network will donate twenty-five percent (25%) of its quarterly Profits to their local SOE Community Causes. Local SOE Community Causes are various local SOE-owned businesses and resources, available for use by all in the local, and entire, SOE Global Network. These are resources which do not make money, but cost money, like: Hospitals (since physical/mental health, and dental-care, is free for all in the SOE Global Network); Schools (since Education, at all levels, is free for all in the SOE Global Network); Road Maintenance & Trash/Recycle Collection & Management; Elderly & Veteran Activity/Care Facilities; Displaced/Refugee Shelters; etc. - all possible, even though there are no taxes in the SOE Global Network, due to mandatory SAC Community Causes donations, which prop-up local communities. Each SAC will know the local SOE Community Causes to which it will be donating, at the time of creation, and will make all payments directly to the respective organizations.
Grow-Business Stoken Boosts are an Equity-Contribution Smart-Contract Agreement, consisting of a fifteen (15), to thirty (30) day-long, Review Process. After the Review Process has been completed, funds are given to the business, as of 2021, on a one to fifty (1:50) Equity-Contribution ratio. Every stoken saved to go towards expanding, and/or updating, the business, and presented as Equity-Contribution, will see the Equity-Contribution boosted by fifty (multiplied by 50), in stokens ($t.), in order to help the business grow. All businesses may only receive one (1) Stoken Boost every thirty-six (36) months.
The amount by which Equity-Contributions are boosted (multiplied) increases by five (5) every decade - every ten (10) years.
